Rob brings 20+ years of production experience as Founder / Executive Producer of Flesh and Bones. Throughout his career, as both an Executive Producer and Head of Production, he has overseen the production of 100’s of commercial campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands including: Nike, Reebok, Google, Microsoft, Disney, Toyota, McDonald’s, Coors, Verizon, and Spectrum – to name a few. He’s partnered with many of the leading creative agencies over the years including: McGarry Bowen, McCann, Y&R, Publicis, Venables, Bell, & Partners, DDB, and JWT.
Rob has been instrumental in curating and guiding top directorial talent and building rosters of focused, talented filmmakers. His favorite part of the process is collaborating and working with filmmakers, artists, and creatives to help them achieve their vision without sacrifice.
Rob is Jersey born and bred. He grew up watching ‘70’s cinema, 80’s skate videos, and way too much 90’s television.
Having successfully worked in both realms of the advertising world, Tony is a bit of a rare beast. He started his career like most aspiring filmmakers - in his room. It was here he made enough small films and animations to land himself a job at the ad agency Mekanism. There, Tony continued to hone his craft by shooting and directing a mountain of low budget spots and pitch videos for the agency.
In fact, a short film he created about pitch videos titled “pitch videos” generated a lot of online buzz and caught the attention of a Los Angeles production company that signed Tony as a Director. With one leg still in the agency world and the other in production, Tony has worked for years as a Creative Director writing concepts and as a Director shooting national TV spots, music videos, short films and branded content.
